Jeff graduated magna cum laude from Elon College with a major in political science and earned his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He developed a successful law practice at a private law firm in Bridgeport, Connecticut, where he practiced for seven years before founding Oskeim Sports Consulting, LLC (OSC).

Jeff handicapped on a recreational basis for a number of years before making it his full-time career, regularly posting his picks on several sports handicapping forums. During his years as a recreational handicapper, Jeff quickly established himself among a large field of other handicappers, maintaining an impressive record of 60% winners in football, basketball, baseball and hockey combined.

At the urging of other handicappers impressed with his skill at consistently picking winning teams, Jeff decided to follow his passion and founded OSC in 2007. Jeff's tireless work ethic and analytical skills, which allowed him to develop a successful law practice, remain the key components to the success of OSC. Jeff's proprietary research utilizes advanced analytics, computer algorithms, math models and one of the most extensive technical databases in the handicapping industry.

While a vast majority of handicappers have other jobs outside of actually handicapping, being the lead handicapper at Oskeim Sports is Jeff's sole occupation. Indeed, Jeff claims both sports handicapping (i.e. President of Oskeim Sports Consulting, LLC) and his profitable sports investments on his federal and state income tax returns.

Upon establishing Oskeim Sports Consulting, LLC in 2007, Jeff has received 32 distinguished awards from The Sports Monitor of Oklahoma, including Five #1 Titles.
