Noah Parker started handicapping sports regularly while in the U.S. Marine Corps in 2003, co-hosting radio shows overseas on American Forces Network until 2006. He became a professional handicapper of all sports after the military in Las Vegas and co-hosted radio shows with former MLB player Rich Perez from 2006-2009 from Las Vegas to Hawaii.
