Dundee died in his apartment in Tampa, Fla., Wednesday night.

He was surrounded by his family. "It was the way he wanted to go," said his son Jimmy.

UFC top heavyweight contender Alistar Overeem has been charged with misdemeanor battery.

He faces up to six months in jail if convicted plus a fine of up to $1,000.

According to Las Vegas police, Overeem allegedly shoved a woman in the face at about 3am on Jan 2nd. Overeem who is 6'5 260 pounds caused the woman to stagger backwards.

Overeem is scheduled to appear in court Feb 21st.

Novak Djokovic wore down Rafael Nadal in the longest Grand Slam singles final in the history of professional tennis, winning 5-7, 6-4, 6-2, 6-7 (5), 7-5 after 5 hours, 53 minutes to claim his third Australian Open title.

Djokovic wrapped it up at 1:37 a.m. local time on Monday, becoming the fifth man since the Open Era began in 1968 to win three straight Grand Slam finals.
